Standard shipping within Egypt takes 3-5 business days. We also offer urgent delivery within 1-2 business days for an additional fee of 100 EGP. Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached. Prayer mats must be unopened and unused. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
